Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Because our products are custom-printed and made-to-order just for you, we handle returns and refunds differently than traditional stores. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final
Because each item is manufactured on demand immediately after your order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • Incorrect size, color, or style selection.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout.
Please consult our size charts carefully before finalizing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item entirely, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a refund.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must:
  1. Contact our customer support team within twenty-four (24) days of your delivery date.
  2. Provide your order number and clear, well-lit photos showing the issue (the defect, damage, or the size tag/label).
Do not mail any items back to us or to the return address listed on your shipping package. No returns will be accepted or restocked.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact your local postal carrier or courier immediately. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or lost due to courier errors.
